CJC-1295 no DAC is a synthetic peptide also known as Modified GRF (1-29). It is a modified analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone without an added Drug Affinity Complex. In research, the compound is studied in connection with regulation of growth hormone and IGF-1 secretion as well as metabolic and recovery processes. Unlike the DAC version, this form does not contain the additional modification used for prolonged albumin binding and has a 29-amino-acid sequence ending in standard NH2 amidation.
